If you find yourself wandering through Ayala Malls Manila Bay, make sure to stop by the delightful Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Cafe, a charming oasis that celebrates the finesse of Japanese cuisine blended with the artisanal flair of Western comforts. Nestled on the ground floor of this bustling mall, the café is not just a purveyor of delectable treats but a unique dining experience that appeals to both the sweet-toothed and the savory seeker alike.

The café specializes in serving dishes that beautifully merge East and West. Expect a menu that features enticing selections like the Omurice Hayashi Beef, rich with layers of flavors from sweet onions and tangy tomatoes, draped in a delicate omelet. Priced at ₱495.00, it's a comforting dish ideal for lunch, though it may lean just a tad sweeter than some might prefer, as noted by a few diners. If you favor pasta, the Gyu Bolognese is a hearty choice, putting a satisfying twist on comfort food with a flavorful beef and pork ragu.

For those with a penchant for snacks, the café's Cheese Puff is a must-try! This soft choux pastry, filled with rich Hokkaido cream and topped with a crispy parmesan crust, is a delightful experience in every bite—definitely one of Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's standout offerings. Priced at ₱748.00 for a box of seven, it's an indulgent treat that perfectly embodies the brand's commitment to quality.

The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, ideal for a quick catch-up with friends over coffee or a relaxing lunch. While the service has received mixed reviews—some patrons noting a lack of warmth from the staff—many agree that the generous portions make dining here worthwhile. As one customer put it, the servings are “huge and definitely meant for sharing,” creating a sense of community among diners.

If you're looking for something sweet to wrap up your meal, the café's signature ice cream has received accolades for its unique flavors, though it's essential to arrive early if you're keen on trying it, as supplies can run low.

All in all, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Cafe is a brand that takes the ordinary and infuses it with something extraordinary. Whether you’re in the mood for savory comfort food or sweet indulgences, this café's offerings are designed to please. So next time you're in the area, treat yourself to a visit and experience this delightful fusion of flavors—it's a culinary delight that will linger long after your meal.

Food was served within a reasonable amount of time. I ordered Hayashi Beef Omurice. It is cooked well but I find it a bit too sweet to my liking, maybe due to the amount of tomatoes used, which doesn't seem to be evident from the color of the sauce. I was supposed to order their famous ice cream, but I was disappointed that they had no more stock of it. It seems they import it from Japan or somewhere. I instead ordered a Rare Cheese Cream Puff which was really good. Not too sweet and the pastry is cooked to my liking. Service is pretty good, they have staff actively on their posts and greets you with a smile. Not quite sure how well they work on a busy time since I visited on non-peak hours. As for the price of the menu items, worth it to try but I don't see myself eating here regularly. For their pastries I can probably say they are justifiable, but the meals, maybe not so much. You will find better value elsewhere. The cafe itself is nice and spacious. Tables have comfortable distance from the others. Overall experience was good one - enough to be a solid 4 out of 5.

I usually see stalls of this brand in malls, so my husband and I were surprised to see that it has a full-blown restaurant. My husband and I chanced upon it while we were strolling by the side of Ayala Malls by the Bay. The servings are huge, and were definitely for sharing because there is no way in heck either of us would be able to finish the salmon dish by our individual selves. Fluffy pancakes were supposed to take a long time to cook, according to the service staff, but they arrived before we even noticed the time. The salad was also filling, with croutons that have interesting texture. (Can't quite describe it, light and crunchy?) Overall a pleasant experience.

We went early for lunch, got seated right away and our orders were taken by a server who did not greet nor smile. Their restroom was out of order, soon flooded to the outside which caused bad odor inside the restaurant. We then asked to transfer outside where they had a big fan but the weather was just too warm. Food was japanese inspired, tasted okay.

Had an after lunch coffee and dessert here so we weren't able to sample their savory dishes but will definitely go back for those. Great quality cheesecake and soft serve as usual and their coffee's okay. Was supposed to do some work but there were no outlets and wifi, it's not that kind of cafe. Overall good experience though.

NEVER THOUGHT THIS HAS A CAFE! Almost all branches ive seen for tokyo milk cheese factory is only a pop-up booth serving cream cheese puffs but this one hits different. We ordered of course their rare cream cheese puff, our favorite! Tried their hamburg omu rice and plain omu rice. We loved that the hamburg taste like homemade burger patty like those in Japan. The serving is generous for its price. The sauce is tasty and generous, feels like Japan. Also got to try their potato thins which is also great with the dip. The coffee is okay, nothing much special. We would definitely come back for the desserts esp. Their souffle pancakes which are so fluffy and also has generous serving. We didnt order it because we are too full with our orders The serving time comes with patience as it really takes time, please be kind to the staff as they might be understaffed and its not their fault.

The food was surprisingly delicious. I expected it to be subpar since I thought they were just a dessert shop/cafe that served food. We ordered coffees, katsu curry, and hamburg omurice. The quality and serving size was worth the price. I really enjoyed the Hamburg Omurice, I'd come back here just for that. The service of the staff was really good also, attentive and friendly. The place is quite big and they have an outdoor area as well so they can serve a lot of customers.

The Cheese Puffs here are fantastic! I recently bought some and used them to make a cake for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! I highly recommend trying them out for a unique dessert option.
